Shipston has a long established football club based at the Sports and Social Club on London Road, which has recently celebrated its centenary year. At present the club is operating eight sides, ranging from 3 x junior sides under 8’s, under 11’s and under 13’s, 2 x senior sides playing in the over 35 and over 40’s divisions locally and 3 x adult sides, 1 of which has just enjoyed its 1st year in the highly competitive Midland Combination. We are starting to get a lot of press coverage (Stratford Herald, Evesham Journal, Hereford Journal) thanks to our patrons and this will increase with weekly match reports and pictures being posted in these periodicals.
Did you know it costs the club around £13,000 to run each year? Much of this cost is made from the subscriptions our players pay each week and charity fund raising events. However, we need your help to move forward.
We are now looking for local companies such as yours, that employee some of our players to help us with sponsorship and have various sponsorship deals available:
